Transparency & Fair Pricing
We believe in being fully transparent with our customers. You may always file airline complaints or U.S. DOT complaints on your own at no cost. AirSmart is a paid managed service designed for travelers who prefer professional assistance, guidance, and experienced industry insight throughout the process.
If after reviewing your complaint we determine that you do not have a strong or supportable case, we will refund $15.00 USD of your payment and retain only a $10.00 research and service fee for the time spent evaluating your matter.
AirSmart does not guarantee a favorable outcome or compensation. Complaint resolution decisions remain solely with the airline and/or the U.S. Department of Transportation.
International Carrier Information Is Coming Soon
AirSmart is actively expanding beyond U.S.-based carriers to provide airline policy information, passenger rights, baggage guidance, complaint resources, and regulatory information for international airlines.
Our international expansion will begin with European Union (EU) carriers and Canada-based airlines, with plans to expand into additional global markets over time.
Additional international airline policy and passenger-rights resources will continue to be added as AirSmart expands globally.
